BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 64

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 26 October 2016, marks the celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Catanduanes;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Catanduanes.
