DECLARING TUESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 17 September 2013,. marks the 397" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Barios, Laguna the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 17 September 2013, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 17 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
