PROCLAMATION NO. 641

.DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1990, AS "CITY OF BAIS DAY" IN BAIS CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, September 7, 1990, marks the 22nd founding anniversary of Bais City;

WHEREAS, the residents of Bais City desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 7, 1990, as "Bais City Day" in Bais City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
