DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 18 September 2013, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur:
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 18 September 2013, as a special non-working day.
