BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 642

DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 January 2019, Thursday, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, will mark its 79'° founding anniversary and 19" Hinugyaw Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Thursday, 10 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
