BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 643

DECLARING SATURDAY, 12 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, on 12 January 2019, Saturday, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 12 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.
