BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 644

DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 15 January 2019, Tuesday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of the 24" Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
