PROCLAMATION NO. 645

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, KNOWN AS THE GATEWAY CALL CENTER OFFICE, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY SOCORRO, CUBAO, QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 ,

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-032 dated 29 December 2000 and 17 February 2004, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Gateway Call Center Office, which stands on a lot located at Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, containing an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty One (2,551) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 4 Pcs-00-011029

A parcel of land (Lot 4 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-00-011029, being a portion of Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-307275 & Lot 3, Pcs-26027 LRC Record No. 317) situated in Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3; on the NW & NE., along lines 2-3-4- 5 by Lot 5; and on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 3 all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point “1” marked on plan, being N. 62 deg. 32’ E., 1,118.77 m. from BLBM No. 1, Cubao, Quezon City, thence;

N. 26 deg. 10’ W., 71.38 m. to point 2; N. 63 deg. 49’ E., 35.75 m. to point 3; S. 26 deg. 10’E., 71.35 m. to point 4;

Beginning, containing an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty One (2,551) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm; bearings true; date of original survey, May 20, 1920 (Magdalena Estate); and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey, March 09, 2004 and was approved on March 24, 2004.
