BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.242

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, 26 September 2013, marks the 153 Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 26 September 2013, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 26 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
