RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, CITY OF PASAY, AS SITE FOR EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND SPORTS PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES OF PASAY CITY, AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PASAY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land of the private domain in Barangay Poblacion, City of Pasay, Island of Luzon, as site for educational, cultural, and sports programs and facilities of Pasay City, and transfer ownership thereof to the City Government of Pasay, subject to existing rights, if any.

This parcel of land is particularly described as follows:
