DECLARING MONDAY,.SEPTEMBER 17, 1990, AS "PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR DAY" IN ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Monday, marks the 38th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 17, 1990, as "Province of Zamboanga del Sur Day". in Zamboanga del Sur. The day, however, shall, be a regular working and school day.
