BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 646

DECLARING MONDAY, 12 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDONI, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 12 August 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Candoni, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 63" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Candoni be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 12 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Candoni, Province of Negros Occidental.
