BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 647

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2019, Wednesday, the City of Batangas will mark its Tourism and Cultural Day together with the celebration of its city fiesta; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
