PROCLAMATION NO. 648

FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF ‘THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DIS5- ABLED, INC., UP TO JUNE 30, 1991

WHEREAS, the authority of the Rehabilitation and Place- ment Found&tion for the Disabled, Ine. (RPFD) to conduct a national fund campaign was last extended under Proclamation ‘ No. 425 dated June 29, 1989, covering the period ending 30 June 1990; .

WHEREAS, further extension of RPFD’s fund drive will enable it to expand its programs and projects for the disadvantaged and physically handicapped;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, °° hereby extend the national fund campaign period of wt: Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., up to June 30, 1991. ,

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, gifts received by the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
