BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 648

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2019, Wednesday, the City of Navotas will mark the celebration of its 413" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
