GRANTING THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION A NEW, PERIOD TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN

ed WHEREAS, the Fhilippine Mental Health Association under

Proclamation No. 404, series of 1989, was granted an

extension to conduct a national membership and fund campaign

until May 6, 1990;

WHEREAS, the Fhilippine Mental Health Association needs additional time to conduct its fund campaign in order to raise more funds so as to realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Fresident of the Fhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby grant the Fhilippine Mental Health Association a new period, from October 1, 1990 to September 30,1991, within which to conduct its national membership and fund campaign.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts * received by the Fhilippine Mental Health Association for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (hh) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set. my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Fhilippines to be affixed.
