DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIQUIJOR, PROVINCE OF SIQUIJOR

WHEREAS. the Municipality of Siquijor marks the commemoration of its 41° year anniversary as the Capital town of the Province of Siquijor on Thursday, 12 September 2013:

WHEREAS. in order to give the people of the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 12 September 2013, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR... Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor.
