BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 649

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2019, Friday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark its 227" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
