PROCLAMATION NO. 649

DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2024, Friday, the City of San Juan will commemorate Pinaglabanan Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Juan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 30 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Juan.
