AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry and settlement» and set aside as watershed forest reserve, subject to private Atents , if there be any, and to the operations of previous proclamation rzserving any portion thereof for specific purposes, a parcel of lan& located in the Munizipality of South, UPi, Province of Maguindanao ; more particularly described as follows:
