I1f~/::JI) MAI.ACANANG Manila PI{OCLAMATION NO. 65 APPROVI~~G AND ADOPTING THE NATIONALPHYSICAL FRA1EWORK PLAN FOR 1993 TO 2022 WHEREAS, Letter of Instruction No. 1350, dated August2, 1983 provides for the formulation of an indicative National Physical Framework Plan (NPFP) which would spell out the policy agenda for the utilization and development of the country's land and otller physical resources to obtain their maximum possible social and economic benefits for the people in a sustainable manner; \vliEREAS, the inter-agency National Land Use Committee reconvened and created Technical Working Subcommittees to revise and finulize the draft NPFP, drawing inputs from theRegioal Physical Framework Plans (RPFPs), the various sectoral plans and programs, new legislations and recent develop~.ent priority pronouncements; WHEREAS, the National Land Use Committee has coI!lpleted the NPFP and recommends for its approval and adoption; RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve theNational Physical Framework Plan for 1993-2022 embodying the policy agenda which would guide the direction of land using activities, environmental management, settlements pattern and the development of other physical resources in the country.
