PROCLAMATION NO. 65

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 4, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CADIZ CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 4, 2001, marks the 34" Charter Day anniversary of Cadiz City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Cadiz City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 4, 2001, as a special day in Cadiz City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
