BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. ¢5

DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 04 October 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its 146" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Infanta be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national! government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan.
