BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 650-A

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 650 DATED 04 SEPTEMBER 2013 BY DECLARING MONDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2013 INSTEAD OF TUESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Monday, 16, September 2013, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 650 dated 04 September 2013 declared Tuesday, 17 September 2013 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requesied that 15 September 2013 instead of 17 September 2013 be declared as a Spécia' (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 650 dated 04 September 2013 end declare Monday, 16 September 2013 instead of Tuesday, 17 September 2013, as a special (non- working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Pievince.
