PROCLAMATION NO. 650

RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BANTULINAO, CALAUAG, QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BANTULINAO ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the BANTULINAO ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Bantulinao, Calauag, Quezon, Island of Luzon, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 6180-A, CSD-04-019187-D BARANGAY BANTULINAO HIGH SCHOOL

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 6180-A, Csd-04-019187-D, being a portion of Lot 6180, Pls-45, Calauag Public Land Subdivision), situated in Brgy. Bantulinao, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE. and S., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 6180-B, Csd-04-019187-D; on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 6167, Pls-45 (Lot 67, Csd-2249); on the NW., N., along lines 4-5-6, by Lot 4412, Pls-45; on the N., along line 7-8 by Lot 6162, Pls-45 (Lot 62, Csd-2449); on the E., along line 8-9 by Lot 6162, Pls-45; and on the S., along line 9-1 by Lot 6180-B, Csd- 04-019187-D. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being S. 51° 55’ W., 281.58 meters from BLLM No. 112, Pls-45, Calauag Public Land Subdivision, thence:

S. 29° 22’ W., 65.02 m. to point 2; N. 88° 45’ W., 75.08 m. to point 3; N. 01° 34’ W., 45.25 m. to point 4; N. 87° 52’E., 80.30 m. to point 5;

N. 02° 44’ W., 72.00 m. to point 6;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; Points 1, 2, 3, and 9 by PS Cyl. Con. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. And the rest are old “BL” Cyl. conc. Mon. 15 x 60 cm., Bearings: True; Date of Original Survey July 1935-April 1977 and that of the subdivision survey; December 7, 1998 and was approved on February 9, 1999.

Bantulinao, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 6180-A, Csd-04-019187-D (Bantulinao High School), along line 2-3 by Lot 6162, Pls-45, Calauag Public Land Subdivision (Lot 62, Csd-2449); on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 6167, Pls- 45 (Lot 67, Csd-2249); and on the N., along lines 5-6-1 by Lot 6180-A, Csd-04-019187-D. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being S. 51° 55’ W., 281.58 meters from BLLM No. 112, Pls- 45, Calauag Public Land Subdivision, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; Points 1,2,5, and 6 by PS Cyl. Con. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. And the rest are old “BL” Cyl. Conc. Mon. 15 x 60 cm. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

The parcels of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
