BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 650

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2019, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of the 3 Kaisa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
