PROCLAMATION NO. 651

RESERVING FOR USE AS SCHOOL SITE OF THE COLACLING HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY COLACLING, MUNICIPALITY OF LUPI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for use as school site of the Colacling High School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Colacling, Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 721, Cad-1025-D) situated at Barangay Colacling, Lupi, Camarines Sur. Bounded on the NE., along line 6-7 by Quirino Highway, Lot 966 (Lot 1, Psu-142655 (port.)Amd; on the E., along line 7-8 by Lot 971; on the S., along line 8-9 by Lot 943; along line 9-10 by Lot 719, on the, SW., along line 10-11 by Lot 718, along line 11-12 by Lot 717 along line 12-13 by Lot 716; along 13-14 by Lot 715; along 14-1 by Lot 14; along line 1-2 by Lot 719, all of Cad. 1025-D, Lupi Cadastre; along line 3- 4 by Lot 678; along line 4-5 by Lot 677, and on the W., along line 5-6 by Lot 969; all of Cad 1025-D, Lupi Cadastre.

The parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale or lease or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by the President through the issuance of a proclamation.
