DECLARING FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-
WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas, marks the
commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Friday, 27 September 2013:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas be given full, opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 27 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas.
