é WHEREAS, Tuesday, 8 October 2013, marks the 13" Charter Day anniversary and the 3° Negosyo Festival of the City of Koronadal:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of
Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
