DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, will mark its 448" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 25 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
