BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 653

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 January 2019, Monday, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 19" Pasalamat Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 21 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
