PROCLAMATION NO. 655
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU
WHEREAS, the oath-taking of the President will take place in the Province of Cebu on June 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cebu be given full opportunity to participate in this momentous and historic occasion.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 30, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cebu.
