f4FN MALACANMAND..A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 656 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 612 DATED JULY 13, 1990 AND REVERTING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER FOR THE STA. ANA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AS PART OF THE ORIGINAL AREA RESERVED FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ST A. ANA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 282, DATED JULY 1,1988, AS AMENDED Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the DEPARTMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 612, dated July 13, 1990, which reserved for school site of the Sta. Ana National High School and revert the land described therein as part and parcel of the land originally reserved for school site purposes of the Sta. Ana Central Elementary School, under Proclamation No. 282, dated July 1, 1988, situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao which is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2873-B, Csd-11-008460, situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Damaso Suaso St., on the N., along line 1-2 by President R. Magsaysay Ave., along line; 3-4 by Lot 179-A-2-E, Psd-8005; on the E., along line 4-5 by Gov. Sales St., and on the S., along line 5-1 by Lot 2873-A, Csd-11-008460. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 2873-A, Csd-l1-008460, being N. 60°-55' E., 1086.31 m. Monument No. 19, Davao Townsite; thence 3°-14' W., 86°-47' E., 39°-52' E., 3°-14' E., 86°-15' W., 138.55 m. to point 2; 78:'45 m to point 3; 44.47 m to point 4; 101.91 m to point 5; 104.99 m to point of N. N.s. s. S. beginning, containing an area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND AND TWENTY-THREE (14,023) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bearings true. Date of original survey was July 25, 1984 as executed by Engr. Timoteo D. Cajipe, and wa approved on September 2 1, 1984. .
