PROCLAMATION NO. 656

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 2, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG

WHEREAS, Friday, July 2, 2004 marks the 432% Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Pasig;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pasig be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 2, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pasig.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
