BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 657

DECLARING SATURDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2019, Saturday, the Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the closing of its Bicentennial Year celebration; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 02 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
