PROCLAMATION NO. 657

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 26 September 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 164" Pueblo Day (Charter Day);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 26 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
