q.3~ fJtFP MALACANANG MAND..A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 658 DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN IMUS, CAVITE IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS 200TH FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY WHEREAS, October 3, 1995 marks the 200th Anniversary of the foundation of the Municipality of Imus, Cavite; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Imus be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies to remind them of the importance and significance of this day. NOW, THEREFORE, 1, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 3, 1995 as a special day in Imus, Cavite.
