MALACANANG MAND..A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 659 1995, " HUMArf DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1 TO 7, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WEEK" WHEPEAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 31 st National Conference on October 4 to 6. 1995, at Baguio City; . WHEREAS, the conference will focus on Human Resource Management's critical role in leading organizations to develop appropriate strategies to manage change and remain competitive; the WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national significance of the occasion and the resources management; attention on NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Phihppines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law ~ do hereby declare the period from October 1 to 7, 1995~ as "Human Resource Management Week" under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
