Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, ‘and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 238, series of 1964, which .established the Olongapo Watershed Forest Reserve, and
