BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 660

RESERVING FOR OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE CEBU CITY ASSOCIATION OF BARANGAY COUNCIL (ABC) A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT CORNER D. JAKOSALEM AND M.C. BRIONES STREETS, BARANGAY CENTRAL PROPER, CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF VISAYAS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration of the Local Government Unit, situated in Barangay Central Proper, City of Cebu, Island of Visayas and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Proposed Cebu City ABC Hall, as described on Sketch Plan, SK-07-000031), situated in the barrio of Central Proper, City of Cebu, Island of Visayas. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by M.C. Briones Street; on the NE., along line 2-3 by D. Jakosalem Extension; on tne SE., along line 3-4 by Bureau of Customs (Port Area); and on the SW., along line 4- 1 by public land. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 88-01’ W., 372. 53 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad-12, Cebu Cadastre; thence:

N. 74-51’ E., 26.44 m..to point 2; S. 15-13’ E., 51.25 m. to point 3; S. 74-45’ W., 26.51 m. to point 4; N. 15-05’ W., 51.29 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (1,357) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by existing concrete post. Bearing true; Survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Novic Abella on November 28, 2001 and approved on April 19, 2002.
