MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 660 DECLARING WIONDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE fWUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO WHEREAS, Sunday, 20 October 2013, marks the 60'^ Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato, to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that Monday, 21 October 2013 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of 20 October 2013, which falls on a Thursday. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 21 October 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
