WI\J MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 661 AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY CHEST FOUNDATION, CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR INC., TO CAMPAIGN WHEREAS, the Community Chest Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 463, dated September 3, 1994, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one year; WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to attain its goals set under the above mentioned campaignactivity; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby auLhorize the Community Chest Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
