CREATING AND DESIGNATING PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY CANNERY, MUNICIPALITY OF POLOMOLOK, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO AS PART OF THE SARANGANI ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE I — SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLICE ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act. No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as part of the Sarangani Economic © Development Zone I — Special Economic Zone, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 99-341 dated 17 December 1999 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, parcels of land situated in the Barangay of Cannery, Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato, with an aggregate area of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TEN (119,610) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 2112-A of Csd-11-010904-D being a portion of Lot 2112 of Pls-209-D-11), situated in the Barangay of Cannery, Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along line 3-4, by road; on the SE., along line 4-5-1 by Lot 2112-B, Csd-11-010904-D; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 2111; and on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2115, both of Pls-209-D-11.
