BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 663

DECLARING MONDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 14 October 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province

of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 75' Founding Anniversary and the 23" Itik Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday,

14 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna.
