DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 19 TO 25, 1990, AS

"PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WEEK"

WHEREAS, the Production Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-stock organization established and committed to promote industrial development through better and efficient manage- ment of the production system;

WHEREAS, PROMAP will hold its 1990 Production Manage- ment Convention on November 22-23, 1990, in Manila around the theme: "Managing Production in Highly Dynamic Times;"

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention on the important role production executives play in the development of our economy;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C.”“AQUINO, President of the Philippines, “by Virtue of the powers vested_in me by law, do hereby declare the period from November 19 to 25, 1990, as "Production Management Week?" - ~
