DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, July 23, 2004, marks the 35" Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
