BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 665

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, on 13 February 2019, Wednesday, the City of Parafaque will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parafiaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 13 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Parafiaque.
