BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 666

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 18 February 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKA Festival: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
