BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 669

DECLARING TUESDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2019, Tuesday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 82"? Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
