MANILA BY 'fHE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 67 RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TAPAZ AND JAMIN·· DAN, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ Pursuant to the provisions of· section 83 of Common­ wealth Act No. 141, as amended, and upon the recommenda~ tion of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources; I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief,· of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private·· rights, if any there be, and to the conditiol1 that the timber· and other forest products therein shall remain under the administrative control of the Bureau of Forestry in ac­ cordance with Forest Laws and Regulations, the following described parcel of land of the public domain situated the Municipalities of Tapaz and Jamindan, Province Capiz: DESCRIPTION Beginning at a point marked as coriler 1, which is approximately N61W, 8,200 meters from B.L.L.M. No.2 of Jamindan, Capiz: thence D-S, about 8,900 meters to corner 2; thence D--':E, about 1000 meters' to corner 3; thence D-S, about 5,900 meters to corner 4; thence D-W, about 2,800 meters to corner 5; thence D-S, about 11,900 meters to corner 6; thence D-W, ,about 5,900 meters to corner 7; thence D-N, about 2,900 meters to corner 8; thence D-W, abouf 6,900 meters to corner 9; thence D-S, about 1,900 meters to corner 10; thence D-W, about 8,800 meters to corner 11; thence D-N, about 10,700 meters to corner 12; thence D-E, about 8,900 meters to corner 13; thence D-N, 2,200 meters to corner 14; tjJ.ence D-E, about 4,100 meters to corner 15; thence D-N, about 1000 meters to corner 16; thence D-E, about 2,800 meters to corner 17; thence .,.
